These settings allow you to choose what data to include in a backup. Depending on your phone model, some data types may not be available.
Contacts
Includes all contacts saved to the phone.
Call Log
The phone call log entries.
Messages
Note, this does save settings such as Pin to top, Group name, Archive and Mute status.
Blocked List
Your call and message number block list.
Calendar Events
Tip, when using a synced account you may wish to exclude calendar events from the local backup.
Notes
All notes and picture attachments from the Notes app.
Alarms
The alarms backup will also attempt to restore the original alarm sound. This usually only works for the default sounds included in the phone - you may need to manually select the correct sound after restoring alarms.
Photos & Bluetooth
Backups up the default DCIM/Camera, Pictures, and Bluetooth folders. This does not backup any photos or files in custom folders.
Sound Recordings
Backs up the default SoundRecorder folder.
