Resetting the network settings on your phone can be very helpful in resolving problem with cellular connectivity, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Please note that this does erase all saved Wi-Fi passwords and paired Bluetooth devices.
Network Settings Reset
To reset the network settings, open System > Settings > Phone Settings >BasicOS > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile and Bluetooth > press Reset Settings on the next 2 screens.
