Unable to log in to NumberLink

If you're having trouble logging into NumberLink, try these tips.

  • Double check the account number. This will be the phone number (Including the country code, such as "1" for US numbers) of the device used to create the account.
  • Confirm there are no extra spaces in the account number or password.
  • Make sure the host device has good service and can receive text messages.
  • If all else fails, create a new account which will overwrite the old one. Accounts are "disposable" and can be quickly recreated if you lose your password. It is not possible to reset the password for a NumberLink account.
