NumberLink isn't syncing

If you're having trouble with NumberLink syncing, please check the following:

  • Make sure both devices are connected to Wi-Fi or have a good mobile data connection. The speed of your data connection directly impacts how fast and reliably NumberLink can sync.
  • If you're using a web filter or a very restricted firewall, confirm these domains are accessible on port 443:   https://numberlink.sunbeamwireless.com/api/, *.pushy.me, and *.pushy.io
  • Open the NumberLink Host app and confirm it shows "Connected".
  • Try restarting both devices and then reopen the NumberLink apps.
  • If only one device is failing to sync and you've confirmed it has a good data connection, try logging out of the account on that device and then log back in again.
