If you're having trouble with NumberLink syncing, please check the following:
- Make sure both the host and client devices are connected to Wi-Fi or have a good mobile data connection. The speed of your data connection directly impacts how fast and reliably NumberLink can sync.
- If you're using a web filter or a restricted firewall, confirm these domains are accessible:
https://numberlink.sunbeamwireless.com/api/
*.pushy.me
*.pushy.io
Please note, these last two are wildcard domains - simply allowlisting pushy.me or pushy.io is not enough!
For example a domain like MQ_8462956.pushy.me should be allowed. Since NumberLink uses an MQTTS connection, you must do an SSL bypass in your filter for instant syncing to work. If your filter inspects this traffic and requires a custom certificate it will break syncing. - Open the NumberLink Host app and confirm it shows "Connected".
- Try restarting both devices and then reopen the NumberLink apps.
- If only one device is failing to sync and you've confirmed it has a good data connection, try logging out of the account on that device and then log back in again.
