An App PIN locks Authenticator so it can't be opened without entering a PIN first.
Open Authenticator>Settings>App PIN and turn it on. Enter a PIN between 4 and 8 digits, then enter it again to confirm. To turn the PIN off, open the same setting and enter your current PIN.
Once set, you'll be asked for the PIN if Authenticator has been closed, or left untouched for 30 seconds.
