There are 3 methods available to backup data to an SD card or transfer your information to another Sunbeam phone. Here is what you'll need:

  • Your old phone
  • Sim card
  • 32gb or smaller Micro SD card
  • Your new phone
Insert a 32 Gb (or smaller) microSD card in the slot beneath the battery on your old phone and turn it on.

Method 1

Using the SD card backup tool.

  1. Make sure all available software updates are installed.
  2. Press *backup* (*222587*) at the home screen to start a full backup or open the backup tool and press Menu > Backup Now > SD Card. Wait until you hear a notification sound or see the backup completed notification, this may take a few minutes.
