  1. Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Check if your email provider is listed on our compatibility page.
  3. Make sure the IMAP and SMTP settings are enabled for your account.
  4. If the sign-in fails, double check your username/password and try again. Remember, passwords are case sensitive.
  5. Try signing in to your email on another device. If this fails, please contact your email provider.
