NumberLink call dropping or not connecting

If you're having trouble with NumberLink conference calls dropping or not connecting, try these tips.

  • Check if both devices are connected to Wi-Fi or have a good mobile data connection. Unlike regular phone calls, NumberLink conference calls require a data connection to both initiate and confirm the call.
  • Try manually calling the client device using the host phone to confirm the call isn't being blocked.


Note: NumberLink calls will timeout after 30 seconds if the "I've Answered" button isn't pressed during that time.
