Sunbeam Messages Viewer is a free Windows app for viewing text messages exported from your Sunbeam phone. Export your messages from the phone, copy the backup to your computer, and browse, search and print your conversations from your PC.

What you can do
- Browse your conversations, including group messages, with pictures, videos and other attachments.
- Search all your messages for a word, name or phone number.
- Print or save a conversation as a PDF, in full or for a date range.
Your messages stay on your computer. Nothing is uploaded, and the app never changes your phone or your backup files.
How to use it
1. On your phone, open Messages, go to Settings and choose Export messages. This creates a backup file named backup_messages…json.
2. Copy the backup file to your PC, for example with a USB cable.
3. Install and open Sunbeam Messages Viewer.
4. Click Import and choose the file, or drag it onto the app window.
Want your messages on your PC automatically?
Messages Viewer only shows a snapshot of your messages from the moment you exported them. To see newer messages, you have to export and import a new backup.
