- Not compatible with Apple Airpods
- Not compatible with Bluetooth devices that require an app to function.
RCS
- Sunbeam phones cannot send or receive RCS messages. If your current phone uses RCS and you are on groups with people that use RCS, you will have to notify them to change their settings to send the group messages as MMS instead of RCS or you will not receive the messages.
