How to fix Bluetooth problems

If you are having trouble with Bluetooth, try these tips.


  1. Delete the paired device and try the pairing process again. System>Settings>Connectivity>Bluetooth>Select the settings icon beside the saved device name>select “Forget” to delete the paired device.
  2. After pairing the device again, tap the settings icon beside the saved device name and make sure each box is checked under the “Use for” menu:
  3. If you are still experiencing trouble with the Bluetooth, you may need to reset it here: System>Settings>Phone settings>BasicOS> Reset Options>reset WiFi, Mobile and Bluetooth>press reset on the next 2 screens. This will erase all saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices.
