If you are having trouble with not receiving text messages from iPhones after switching to a Sunbeam phone, you'll need to do one of the following.
- Put the sim card back in the iPhone and turn off iMessage.
- Or use the online tool to deregister from iMessage.
This will deregister your phone from iMessage and allow you to receive the text messages on your Sunbeam phone.
