To add or edit an APN setting, you must have a SIM card installed in the device. If the SIM card is Verizon, you will be unable to edit the APN settings, as Verizon sets them automatically.
- To access the APN settings, go to Settings > Connectivity > Mobile Network > Access Point Names.
- To add a new APN, tap the plus near the top right and enter the relevant info.
- Press the Menu button (Button with the white dots, in the top left corner of the keypad) and select Save in the menu that’s shown.
- Press the BACK key when finished.
